UK Shipping: Currently, there have been no major changes to the way we dispatch or ship our orders. Normal deliveries should take place in almost all parts of the UK; however, some areas are experiencing varying levels of delivery disruption.
International Shipping: Due to COVID-19, delays should be expected. Many countries have implemented special measures to combat the spread of COVID-19, especially for signature service to maintain social distancing.
All our jewellery is handmade. Standard UK delivery time is 2-4 business days after ordering.
You will receive an email when your order has shipped along with the tracking number.

Items will arrive 2 - 3 business days after order has been shipped out.
UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY: £5 on all orders | Order before 1pm for UK Next Day Delivery
Items will arrive next business day.
Some orders will be shipped next working day if order is placed very close to 1PM same day; eg. 12.55PM.

We use Royal Mail and Hermes to deliver to over 50 countries and territories around the world from just £5 for Europe and £8 for the rest of the world.
Delivery times are approximate and depend on local delivery services in each country.

How long will my delivery take?
Most of our items are dispatched within 1 - 3 business days after ordering.
UK Standard delivery is sent via Royal Mail or Hermes and your order will usually arrive 2 - 4 business days after ordering.
Orders placed before 1PM (Monday - Friday) for UK Next Day Delivery will arrive the next business day unless placed too close to 1PM.
If you place an order for UK Next Day Delivery after 1pm or on the weekend, this will be shipped the next business day.
For hair clips, which take us longer to make, may take 5 - 7 business days before dispatch. These lead times are advised on the individual product page.
International deliveries via Royal Mail and your national delivery service can take significantly longer.
Do I need to pay Customs and/or Import Charges?
If you are an international customer outside the EU, you may need to pay customs charges and/or taxes when your order arrives in your country. Please check with your country’s customs and border control for more info on this. TO.TSUKURU is not responsible for any charges incurred when importing items into your country.
Where is my order?
For standard UK delivery, we aim to have your order with you within 4 working days. Due to the impact of COVID-19, we have experienced some disruption to delivery. If your order hasn't arrived with you within 10 working days of the due date, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to assist you.
For standard international delivery, delivery times may vary. If your order has not arrived after 20 working days of the due date for Europe and 25 working days of the due date for the rest of the world, please contact email@example.com
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
For hygiene reasons, earrings and hair clips cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
If the item is faulty please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the faulty items for us to see what has happened.
All our jewellery is handmade and undergoes careful quality control before being shipped out. However, faults can occur or jewellery can be damaged in the post. All items have a 7 day warranty period. Please see our Terms and Conditions in relation to faulty items. In the event that a faulty item is received or lost due to mishandled shipping, TO.TSUKURU will do the best of our ability send out a replacement as soon as we can. This will be free of charge unless otherwise stated.
Please note: Each item is individually handcrafted, folded, buffed and polished and as such may have small differences that may not reflect what is exactly seen in the pictures
At the current moment, we are unable to repair any items as long as they are not faulty and within the 7 day warranty period.
We work with Wix Payment which accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB, Maestro.
We also provide a secondary payment option via PayPal which are available in over 200 countries; supporting over 25 currencies.
